I bought the boat for the power - what was removed: Engine, transom, outdrive, full hydraulic steering.
(The steering rams were part of the transom so there are no holes to fill. If you want to go with a 496 and not use hydraulic steering it will go right on)

The boat is ready for install so all you would need is a motor, drive, and transom.
